Create your own small flower glass bead by hand. This workshop is suitable for beginners who love flowers, colors, and detailed craftsmanship, and is also a relaxing hands-on glass experience. The workshop includes an on-site demonstration and guidance by the teacher. You will first learn about the tools, safety precautions, and the basic changes of glass in the flame, then gradually complete your own work step by step. Even if this is your first time trying lampwork glass, you can complete your own handmade piece under the teacher’s guidance. Workshop Features Beginner-friendly, teacher demonstration and on-site assistance, photo and video recording allowed, finished work can be taken home, with safe operation as the top priority. Workshop Content In this workshop, you will experience how to use the Implosion technique in lampwork glass to create unique flower-shaped glass beads by hand. This allows you to explore another fascinating side of lampwork glassmaking. Each participant can make 2 flower-shaped round glass beads during the workshop and turn them into accessories. Teaching Process The teacher will first explain the tools and the making process. During the first attempt, the teacher will guide the participant step by step through the entire process. During the second attempt, the participant may operate more freely, with the teacher providing guidance and support when needed. Finished Work The finished beads are approximately 0.8 cm to 1 cm in size, depending on the participant’s control during the making process. With a 925 silver glass bead setting, the beads can be made into pendants, earrings, rings, or other accessories. Each workshop includes the making of 2 small flower glass beads.
