A small amount of petal shedding upon unboxing is normal. The items are carefully packaged for shipment to minimize damage during transit. We recommend opting for seller's courier service for a potentially gentler handling by the logistics provider and possible compensation for damages. Recording the unboxing process can help safeguard your rights and facilitate coordination with the courier. If you are concerned about shipping damage, you are welcome to pick up your order directly at our store. We are not responsible for damages incurred during transit. ▪ Care Instructions Keep flowers away from sunlight! Avoid humidity! Please place them in a well-ventilated, dry environment, and avoid direct sunlight. With proper care, they can last 1-2 years. Natural fading and weathering over time are normal. - Dust accumulated on the flowers can be removed with a soft brush or a hairdryer. - Excessive humidity or frequent touching can cause dried flowers to become damp, moldy, or even attract pests. Regular dehumidification and fumigation can extend their lifespan. - If mold appears, it can be wiped with alcohol. After the alcohol evaporates, use a hairdryer on a cool setting to remove any remaining mold. If the mold is severe, it is recommended to discard the item to prevent spreading. Thank you for your love of MiLu's designs. Happy shopping!
