The workshop includes engraving with English letters, numbers, and symbols (engraving may not be available for certain styles).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart to find the corresponding ring size.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to store staff. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after your piece is completed.

**Workshops start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be made at least three days prior to the workshop. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Alternatively, the booking can be transferred to other products or future workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are possible (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to more expensive styles are also possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for trial fittings to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide each step.
If a finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require repurchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Your piece can be taken home on the same day.

**Failure to comply with safety regulations after instruction may result in personal liability.**
