1. **Before placing your order, please measure your pet's neck circumference.** Ensure the measurement is neither too tight nor too loose, reflecting the most comfortable fit for your pet when wearing a collar. Then, determine the suitable width. 🔺**Kindly note the neck circumference in your order remarks.** The collar will be custom-made to this length. 2. Product Specifications: Price varies by width. ▪ __Width 1.5 cm__: Suitable for cats and small dogs. ▪ __Width 2 cm__: Suitable for medium-sized dogs. ▪ __Width 2.5 cm__: Suitable for large dogs. 3. ▪ Adult Pets: The collar has 5 holes. It will be set at the 3rd hole based on the provided neck measurement, with 2 additional holes on either side for adjustment upon receipt. ▪ Young Pets (with room for growth): The collar will have 7 holes. Based on the provided neck measurement, it will be set at the 2nd or 3rd hole from the front, allowing for adjustment using holes 4 and 5 as your pet grows. The number of holes and spacing can be discussed further for special cases. 4. Customization (Contact Designer / Order Remarks): ▪ Complimentary English alphabet and numbers can be printed 🗣 Contact the designer to inquire about photo options. ▪ For small cats and dogs, a "lightweight buckle" can be substituted. **This option is only applicable to the 1.5 cm width** (as shown in photos 4 and 5). ▪ Add eyelets (+$100): Prevents hole deformation, as seen in the hand-dyed wood grain color in photo 3. 🗣 Contact the designer to set up a separate product option for ordering. 5. Leather Colors: 🗣 Contact the designer to inquire about color photos. ▪ The colors in the first product photo, from top to bottom, are: Hand-dyed Red, Hand-dyed Wood Grain, Hand-dyed Blue ▪ Currently available colors include Black, Coffee, Navy Blue, Hand-dyed Red, Hand-dyed Wood Grain, and Hand-dyed Blue (inquire for color photos). 6. Additional Note: Each collar comes with a leather keeper to secure any excess strap, preventing it from dangling. This keeper is a movable loop on the collar; please be careful not to lose it. ☞ Packaging Items are packaged in a transparent bag with a business card, and then secured with bubble wrap. If you require gift packaging, please inform us when placing your order. We will include a complimentary pouch, gift box, or paper bag (selected based on product size). ☞ Care 🔺**Do not spray alcohol on the leather, as it can cause irreversible color changes.** Consistent use of leather goods also serves as a form of maintenance. Leather has pores that absorb the natural oils and moisture from our hands. **Over time and with regular use, the color deepens and develops a lustrous sheen.** Taiwan's humid climate means that maintenance once a year is sufficient. Using a clean brush, remove dust and dirt from the surface and crevices. Then, lightly apply mink oil with a dry cloth, ensuring a thin, even coat over the leather surface. Allow it to air dry in a cool, shaded area (avoid oiling in humid weather). Do not store in poorly ventilated spaces to prevent mold. ☞ Important Notes / After-Sales Service 1. All items are photographed in kind. Color variations may occur due to lighting and screen displays. Each batch of leather may have slight color differences; please refer to the actual product color. 2. For larger leather items, natural grain patterns, tendons, or minor imperfections from insect bites may be present on the leather surface. We meticulously select the most aesthetically pleasing parts for crafting our products.
