Please Note: Once the design process begins, orders cannot be canceled for any reason! If you do not respond within five days of receiving the draft, your order will be sent to print automatically. Once printed and shipped, no further revisions are possible. We will not make any changes after the buyer confirms the draft. Once the draft is provided and confirmed by the buyer, no further modifications can be made. Your stamp will be immediately queued for printing and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please place your order only if you agree to these terms. By ordering, you accept these conditions. Ink colors may fade over time due to factors such as light exposure and paper type. These are considered normal occurrences. Custom designs have a limit on revisions. The final revision will be communicated. After the final revision, you may select one previously uploaded design. Ink refills require the purchase of specialized light-sensitive stamp ink. Refill instructions: 1. Apply ink drops directly onto the stamp's design. Applying in small, repeated amounts allows for better absorption. Over-application may cause ink to seep into adjacent crevices, potentially soiling the stamp. 2. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for absorption, until the stamp appears dry. Do not tilt the stamp while it is absorbing ink. 3. Blot any excess ink that remains on the surface onto a tissue or white paper. 4. Ensure excess ink around the design is cleared until it is clean. Large Square Stamp Stamp area: 25mm x 50mm Printable area: approximately 22mm x 47mm Small Square Stamp Stamp area: 28mm x 28mm Printable area: approximately 25mm x 25mm This is a self-inking stamp, designed for repeated use. Each stamp comes with a 5ml ink refill. The stamp casing is available in one color. If you order two or more stamps and do not specify individual ink colors, all stamps will be made with the specified ink color. Actual ink colors may vary slightly in shade due to photography and supplier variations. Please place your order only if you accept these conditions. We will not provide individual notifications for slight variations in ink color depth or lightness. Only if the wrong color is shipped (e.g., Red instead of Blue) should you proactively contact us.
