Gently hand wash each item separately in warm water; avoid rubbing. 2. Do not use detergents containing color brighteners, bleach, or optical whiteners. 3. For stubborn stains, dilute a neutral detergent for washing. 4. After washing, do not tumble dry or expose directly to sunlight. Air dry in a cool, shaded area. 5. During the first few washes, a yellowish plant pigment may be released. This is due to impurities in the indigo plant and can be resolved by rinsing with fresh water. 6. If storing for an extended period, wrap the item in a dark/black opaque bag and keep it in a closet. This helps maintain color stability and prevents localized fading along creases.
