【Getting to "A Handmade Poem"】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Jiankang Road Section 1, South District, Tainan City
1. For locals in Tainan, you can ride a motorcycle or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there is a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, there's a sign for "Zhuxi Village." Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the "A Handmade Poem" sign (avoid going down the riverside path in front, even though the pink flowering maple is beautiful).
* If you need parking, there is a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO cafe.
2. For visitors, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and get off at the "Zhuxi Temple" stop (right next to the big tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or the high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. You'll need to get off at "Yanping Junwang Temple," walk along Kaishan Road towards Fuliuan Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI, and confirm the item and session details.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted to stay and participate. Those without tickets are not allowed to join the experience.
4. For craft workshops, two people cannot share one set of materials with a single registration.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or a mistake is made during the process due to personal oversight, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their work. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your order and re-purchase a new ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the session. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the session as per regulations).
9. "A Handmade Poem" will take photos during the workshop for documentation. These photos may be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram "A Handmade Poem" event page after the event. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional purposes. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor during the activity, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related class suspensions), "A Handmade Poem" will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
2. For refunds requested due to personal reasons, a 30% processing fee will be charged. (If you encounter any inconvenience, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, limited to one reschedule per booking).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for upgrades are accepted; refunds are not provided.
