【Directions to Handcrafting Poetry】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City.
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a scooter or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the Handcrafting Poetry sign. (Avoid turning onto the riverside path in front; while the pink flowering maple is beautiful).
* For those needing parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO cafe.
2. For visitors: It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If taking a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and get off at Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk; you'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

1. After placing your order, please check your email for the Pinkoi e-ticket for the workshop. Confirm the item and session details.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Non-ticket holders may not participate in the experience.
4. For handcrafted items, one material set cannot be shared by multiple individuals who have only booked for one person.
5. If, during the process, materials are accidentally damaged or mistakes are made due to personal oversight, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their work. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and then re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the workshop, "Handcrafting Poetry" may take photos of the event. These will be uploaded to the "Handcrafting Poetry" event page on Facebook or Instagram after the event. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other promotional materials in the future. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters (e.g., Typhoon warnings leading to school and work closures), Handcrafting Poetry will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you encounter difficulties, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with one reschedule permitted.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment details on the e-ticket. On-site, only payments for additional costs will be accepted; no refunds will be issued.
