【Directions to "Poetry of Handcraft"】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a motorcycle or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope with a sign that says "Zhuxi Li" under a large tree. Go straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the "Poetry of Handcraft" sign. (Avoid going towards the riverside path in front; although the pink bauhinia trees are beautiful.)
* Parking is available between COFFEE DUET and ORO cafe.
2. For visitors: From the train station, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride. If you're taking a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and get off at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the big tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. Get off at Yanping Junwang Ancestral Shrine, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Li slope. You can do it!

【Important Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI, and confirm the item, date, and time.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Those without tickets may not participate.
4. In handcraft workshops, two people cannot share one set of materials with a single booking.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or errors occur due to personal oversight during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their work. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop to maximize your experience. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the workshop.)
9. During the workshop, "Poetry of Handcraft" may take photos and videos for documentation. These may be uploaded to our Facebook or Instagram page ("Poetry of Handcraft") for event recaps or future promotional use. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoon-related class cancellations), "Poetry of Handcraft" will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you experience any inconvenience, we suggest contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule; this is permitted once.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the event.
4. After you place your order, please confirm the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, only additional charges can be paid; no refunds will be processed.
