✧ To ensure the quality of our one-day experience courses, all current workshop content excludes cutting and grinding.
✧ After completing your order, please contact the official LINE account of 'HAKUDAN Hakuten': @934zljmm, and send a screenshot of your order confirmation for us to verify.
✧ Upon successful contact, we will confirm your glass color choices for the day. We offer 145 colors of glass to choose from. After placing your order, you may select colors for your design. Please keep an eye on your messages to ensure you don't miss any important information.
✧ When selecting glass colors for your creation, the number of glass pieces included varies by design. If you wish to use more than the allotted colors, additional glass material can be purchased at $200 NTD per 10x10cm piece, payable on-site.
✧ As this is a hands-on experience course, each piece's color and texture are unique. The intensity of light can also affect the depth of color, so please expect variations between photos and the actual product. We recommend booking only if you are comfortable with this.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections. Please proceed with booking only if you accept these conditions.
✧ Charm accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on the day of your workshop.
✧ As each piece varies in size, the creation time will differ slightly, with a tolerance of approximately ±1cm.

【Product Care】
✧ The solder surface may develop an oxidation layer over time with prolonged air exposure. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced maintenance, you can apply a thin layer of wax polish (soft wax) to the surface. Once dry, buff with a dry cotton cloth until shiny.

3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the workshop involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. Participants who do not follow the instructor's guidance and cause damage to equipment or the environment will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the damaged items.

*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Once a course booking is confirmed, materials are immediately prepared, and refunds cannot be issued.
2. For rescheduling within 8 days of the chosen course date, a free postponement is permitted once (valid for up to three months from the original course date).
3. If rescheduling is not completed within three months, or if a free postponement has already been used and the course cannot be attended, a new booking is required.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new booking will be necessary.
