★ Ring sizes will be measured on the day of the class. Any additional charges for sizes exceeding International Ring Size #11 or for wider bands can be settled on the day.

・After checking in at the store and confirming your chosen design, if you wish to switch designs (only available for designs with materials on hand), you may do so by paying the price difference. No refunds will be given for switching to a lower-priced design.
・Class registration secures a spot for the participant. If you have a companion, their participation will be subject to available space in the classroom on the day. Companions will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please be mindful of punctuality.
・During the instruction, the teacher will demonstrate once, and students will have practice materials to try once before working with the official materials. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to personal error, a replacement set of materials will require a new purchase.
・Silver ring classes typically take 2-3 hours (actual duration may vary depending on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will meticulously finish and polish the piece, which takes approximately 2 hours (you are welcome to explore the nearby area and return to pick up your item). If you require same-day collection, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If same-day collection is not a priority, evening slots are available, and the finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later (saving you 1.5-2 hours of waiting time on the day).
"Metalworking Handcraft Class" is an introductory, formal course in metalworking. Taught by a professional metalworking instructor with one-on-one demonstrations, a wider range of tools is utilized. Therefore, participants must be high school level or above and able to diligently follow the instructor's guidance to ensure safety during the learning process.
・It is imperative to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Participants are required to wear safety glasses, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the class, and the individual responsible for unsafe use will bear all consequences of any hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, the class will be canceled according to the government regulations of the store's location, and a new date will be scheduled.
・The company reserves the right to modify course content. If a store event cannot be held for any reason, participants will be notified in advance to reschedule the class.
