The scope and cost of repairs will be assessed based on the actual condition. 3️⃣ Round-trip shipping costs for the above services will be borne by the customer. 4️⃣ Please keep your warranty card safe, as you will not be able to enjoy the above services if it is lost! ⚜️ About Wrist Size Measurement and Adjustment ⚜️ 1️⃣ Please confirm the desired position of the bracelet on your wrist according to your personal preference. Use a soft tape measure or a thin string to wrap around your wrist to measure the circumference. The measurement should be "neither too loose nor too tight, just a comfortable fit." Finally, choose the closest whole number for your wrist size. We will craft it to this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to rotate slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a snugger fit but still able to rotate, while 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. There will be no charge. Exceeding 7 days but within 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing it for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exceeding 14 days: Please utilize the re-stringing service through your warranty card, or opt for a paid adjustment service for NT$100 (approximately USD 3) covering re-stringing and any variable costs.
