"Material Description" All products in the studio are crafted under the designer's strict quality control. Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry merchants, while silver materials are sourced from reliable industry suppliers and manufacturers. Electroplating is performed using jewelry-grade or industrial-grade plating. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in the studio are made to order. You can check the estimated shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period. If you need your jewelry earlier, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or to see if there is time for your piece to be crafted. Items requiring factory processing will take longer. Items requiring factory processing include: wax-carved pieces, 3D-printed pieces, electroplated pieces, and other services such as engraving. Unplated sterling silver items will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. In the interest of environmental sustainability, multiple items will be packed in minimalist packaging (boxed items will still include their boxes). When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in an airtight bag. 4. For electroplated jewelry, use a soft cloth for wiping; do not use a silver polishing cloth.
