Some spots might become visible after washing. These are not rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process. Edible oil is used as a lubricant during stamping, and no acid washing is performed. As no plating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pores, or pinholes may be present on the surface. These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with our safe manufacturing process and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to naturally alter the color of the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring it is safe and aesthetically pleasing for a long time. For the first wash, use a general neutral detergent several times. You can also wipe it with a paper towel dipped in edible oil a few times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for stamping and no acid washing is done, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe, non-toxic pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub it. 2. For burnt food or stubborn residue, gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that since it is not a coating, the pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no toxic heavy metals, and can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak in stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reducing acid series or sodium percarbonate detergents, as this will revert the titanium's color and luster, and it cannot be restored. 【Properties】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and doesn't easily release stress. When food is first steamed or cooked in bento boxes, food containers, or square pots, or when food stains or large purple-blue patches appear after washing, or brown patches appear after washing without heating (this is not rust, pure titanium does not rust), these are characteristics of the metal or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use. With regular use, they will fade or gradually disappear. 2. Square tableware, due to even greater stress release difficulties, may exhibit more intense color changes and is more prone to brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250 degrees Celsius or direct flame from a gas stove, purple-blue changes may occur. The colors will not disappear but will not affect safe use. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping deformation with direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal.
