Environmental Sustainability Through the free SPIDERCARD app, users can add company information, personal details, product information, websites, and social media links to their digital business card. All information can be reused and edited at any time. This product includes the “Moonlight Black – SPIDERCARD NFC Digital Business Card” and the “Starry Grey – SPIDERCARD NFC Digital Business Card.” Please note that the logo colours shown in the product images may differ from the actual product. The logo is made from a reflective material that produces different colour effects depending on the lighting and viewing angle. After purchase, please register through the SPIDERCARD app. You can then activate and link the card directly within the app. Frequently Asked Questions 1. Does the recipient need to download the app to receive my digital business card? No. Simply hold the card near the NFC detection area of the recipient’s smartphone, and they will be able to view your digital business card. 2. Where is the NFC detection area on a smartphone, and how do I know whether my phone supports NFC? iPhone: For iPhone 8 or later models, hold the card near the upper edge of the front or rear camera area, within approximately 5 cm. Android: For most Android phones manufactured after 2017, hold the card near the centre or lower-middle area on the back of the phone, within approximately 5 cm. 3. Can I still use the card if the phone does not support NFC? Yes. A unique QR code is provided on the back of the card. Scanning the QR code will display the same digital business card information as an NFC tap. 4. Is the card compatible with both iOS and Android devices? Yes. The recipient’s phone only needs to be connected to the internet to display the digital business card. 5. How do I activate or link the card after purchase? Before or after receiving the product, search for the “SpiderCard – Digital Business Card” app in your smartphone’s app store. Open the app and go to the personal business card editing page. Tap the orange “Link NFC Product” button at the top of the page to link your card. 6. How can I update the information stored on the card? You can update it through the SPIDERCARD app. Once the card is linked to your account, you can edit your business card information as many times as you wish. All changes will be synchronized immediately. Warranty and Important Information 1. Warranty period The NFC card comes with a six-month warranty covering functional defects not caused by misuse. The warranty covers functionality only; cosmetic damage is not covered. During the warranty period, provided that none of the conditions listed in Section 2 apply, you may request a one-time product replacement. 2. The warranty does not cover the following situations: Damage caused by misuse or improper handling, including bending, cutting, dropping, crushing, corrosion, or exposure to conditions that may damage the NFC function. The NFC function operates through electromagnetic induction. When the card is not in use, please avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures or strong magnetic fields, such as leaving it on a wireless charger or magnet. Poor NFC detection that is caused by an unsupported device, the device’s settings, or other device-related scanning issues rather than a defect in the card. 3. Warranty commencement and refunds Once the card has been activated and linked to an account, the warranty period will be considered to have commenced, and the product may no longer be eligible for a refund. 4. Reflective logo effect The reflective appearance and colour of the logo shown in the product images and videos may vary depending on the actual lighting conditions and viewing angle. 5. Keep the phone screen switched on When using the card, please ensure that the recipient’s smartphone screen is switched on. Otherwise, the digital business card may not appear.
