These are not rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, employing safe edible oils for lubrication during stamping. No acid washing is performed. As there are no electroplating or coatings, minor scratches, pores, or pinholes may be present on the surface. These are normal phenomena that are unavoidable with safe manufacturing methods and do not constitute defects. - The LOGO is created by laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, making it safe and permanently beautiful. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinhole pores and minor scratches are normal phenomena that are difficult to avoid completely during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Properties】 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the surface a few times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid washing is performed, the presence of residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This safe manufacturing process using non-toxic pure titanium allows for worry-free scrubbing. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel wool pad. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe, non-toxic, and free from harmful heavy metals, making it safe to scrub as tableware. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reducing acid series or sodium percarbonate cleaning agents, as this can reverse the color and luster of the titanium, and it cannot be restored. 【Properties】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and does not easily release stress. In lunch boxes, food containers, and pots, initial steaming or the appearance of food stains or large purple-blue patches after washing, or brown patches after heating (not rust, as titanium does not rust) are all characteristics of the metal, or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. These do not affect safe use and will fade or gradually disappear with normal use over time. 2. Square utensils, due to their greater difficulty in stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking pans may develop purple-blue coloration when exposed to ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove. This color will not disappear but does not affect safe usage. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water marks due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, dry the utensils immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting their appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dishwasher - Compatible: If oil from food is not completely washed off, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will disappear after cleaning. Washing Machine - Compatible: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water spots after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove - Direct flame compatible: However, avoid empty burning; use low to medium heat only.
