As there is no plating or coating, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pores, or pinholes. These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with this safe manufacturing method and do not constitute defects. - The LOGO is created by high-temperature laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting aesthetic appeal. Additional Information: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinhole-like imperfections and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal phenomena. [Cleaning and Characteristics] 1. For the first wash, use a general neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe several times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash clean with a neutral detergent. Due to the use of edible oil for stamping and the absence of acid washing, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. The non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process allows for safe scrubbing. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel wool. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, making it safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reductive acid series cleaners like sodium percarbonate. These can strip the color and luster of titanium, and the changes are irreversible. [Characteristics] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and has poor stress release. During initial steaming or cooking of lunch boxes, food containers, and pots, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. Even without heating, brown patches may appear after washing (this is not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are characteristics of the metal, or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use. 2. Square containers, due to more challenging stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking pans may develop purple-blue color changes when exposed to temperatures above 250°C in an oven or direct flame on a stovetop. The colors will not disappear but do not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat shapes are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks, a characteristic of the metal. If this bothers you, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting the appearance. [Appliance Compatibility] **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dishwasher - Suitable: If oils like olive oil are not washed off completely, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will not reappear after cleaning. Washing Machine - Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water stains after washing, but does not affect safety. Gas Stove - Direct Flame Suitable: Avoid empty burning; use medium to low heat only. Electric Cooker, Air Fryer, Induction Cooker, Radiant Cooker - Suitable Oven - Suitable: If high temperatures cause color changes, this is a physical characteristic of titanium metal and remains safe to use. **Microwave Oven - Not Suitable: Inefficient.** **Induction Cooker - Not Suitable: Almost non-magnetic.**
