These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with safe manufacturing methods and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by the high-temperature energy of a laser, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal occurrences that cannot be completely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are considered normal. [Cleaning and Characteristic Descriptions] 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the surface with a paper towel dipped in edible oil a few times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterward, wash with neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used for pressing and no acid pickling is involved, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe manufacturing process for non-toxic pure titanium and can be safely scrubbed. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel wool. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium wears off, revealing the original color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, making it a safe utensil to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the color and luster of the titanium. [Characteristic Descriptions] 1. Pure titanium's sensitivity to temperature and difficulty in stress release can cause color changes. When lunch boxes, food containers, or pots are first steamed, or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. Unheated items may show brown patches after washing (this is not rust; titanium does not rust). These are inherent metallic properties or changes from prior firing.
