Some spots might only become visible after washing. These are not signs of rust, and these surface variations do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process. Edible oil is used as a lubricant during pressing, and no acid pickling is performed. As no electroplating or coatings are used, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pores, or pinholes. These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with this safe manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to naturally alter the color of the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and long-lasting aesthetic appeal. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinhole marks and minor scratches are normal occurrences that cannot be completely avoided during production. - Watermarks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Properties】 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe with a paper towel dipped in edible oil several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash clean with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid pickling is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe process for non-toxic pure titanium, and you can scrub it with confidence. 2. If there is any burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel wool brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed away, revealing the original color, rest assured it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, making it a safe utensil to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide-based reducers, or sodium percarbonate detergents, as these can strip the titanium's color and luster, which cannot be restored. 【Properties】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and has poor stress release. When lunch boxes, food containers, or pots are first steamed, or after washing if food stains appear, or if large purple-blue patches develop, or if brownish spots appear after washing without heating (not rust, pure titanium does not rust), these are characteristics of the metal or changes resulting from pre-firing. They do not affect safety, and these marks will fade or disappear gradually with normal use over time. 2. Square utensils, due to even poorer stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to developing brown spots. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking pans may develop purple-blue coloration when exposed to temperatures above 250 degrees Celsius in an oven or direct flame on a gas stove. The color will not disappear but does not affect safe use. 4. Large flat shapes are more susceptible to warping from direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks, a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting the appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 **Single-layer titanium utensils can be used for heating; double-layer ones are not suitable for heating.** Dishwasher – Suitable: If oil residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will not reappear after proper cleaning. Dishwasher – Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water spots after washing, but this does not affect safety.
