·Making Italian buttercream (demonstration)
·Color mixing skills
·Fresh cream cake filling and assembly skills
·Beginner cake spreading skills
·Introduction to retro cake nozzle & flower piping practice (practice using plant-based fresh cream)
·Judge the degree of whipping of fresh cream (the finished product uses animal-based fresh cream)
·Small cake spreading techniques
·Cream frosting small animal production
·Taste: Original chiffon cake stuffed with fresh fruit + handmade vanilla pudding
·Provides soft chiffon cake and Italian cream frosting recipes
·You can bring back a 6-inch cake
