Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to circle your wrist snugly but comfortably. The measurement should be neither too tight nor too loose, just a gentle fit. Finally, select the closest whole number for your wrist circumference. We will craft the bracelet to this size, ensuring a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to turn slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: a 14cm bracelet will be more fitted yet still turn, while a 15cm will offer a looser, more relaxed feel. 3️⃣ If an adjustment is needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: 【Size Adjustments】 ▪ Within 7 days of receiving your item We offer complimentary size adjustments. You will only need to cover the round-trip shipping costs. ▪ More than 7 days after receiving your item You have two options: 1 Use the warranty card for a free re-stringing service for adjustment. 2 Opt for a paid re-stringing service (service fee: NT$100) and any related adjustment costs.
