**【Instructions before class】**
● In order to ensure the quality of teaching, only registered applicants will be admitted. Accompanying persons who are not participating in the course will not be accepted on site.
● On the day of the course, please check in 10 minutes in advance. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
● In order to comply with epidemic prevention measures, masks are required to be worn throughout the course.
**[Instructions after class]**
● After the work is completed on the day, please hand it over to the store staff. The finished product needs to be fired at high temperature in a large kiln.
● The production time of the finished product is about 30 working days. After the firing is completed, you will be notified for pick-up or direct delivery.
● The finished product will undergo slight changes due to production, firing and other processes. Some bubbles, pinholes and black spots are normal.
**【Epidemic Prevention Matters】**
● All participants in the course must cooperate with alcohol disinfection and have their body temperature taken. Anyone with a body temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees will not be able to participate in the experience course.
● If family members are exposed to or diagnosed with severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19), please do not come to attend the course during home isolation and self-prevention, and please inform the customer at least one day in advance. We will assist the customer to postpone or refund the fee. .
● The store will disinfect and clean the environment and tools from time to time. Please feel free to come and participate in the experience course.
**【Change and Refund Rules】**
● If you need to cancel 5 days before the course start date, please inform us and a full refund will be given.
● If you need to cancel or change the class time 3 to 5 days before the class starts, please inform us proactively, and a handling fee of 20% of the course fee will be charged.
● If you need to cancel within 2 days before the course start date, no refund will be given. The registration quota can be transferred to others. Please inform the applicant proactively and provide information for changes.
