Thank you.🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Just like people, natural floral materials vary in shape, posture, and size. • All items are carefully packaged. Minor shedding of plant materials during transit is normal. Thank you for your understanding. • Dream has tried its best to make the images represent the physical products, but differences may occur due to screen settings or different import batches. The actual product color is the standard; images are for reference only. If you are highly concerned about color discrepancies, we recommend purchasing from a physical store to better meet your needs. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handcrafted, so minor imperfections such as tiny scratches under light, small air bubbles, or uneven trim are normal signs of the crafting process. **❖ Care Instructions ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, well-ventilated area. The ideal humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, translucency, or staining.) • If the environment is humid, you may use a dehumidifier or air conditioner. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on storage conditions, the optimal viewing period is 1–2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-sales Service ❖** Please record a video when opening your package. If there are any issues after receiving your item, please reach out via private message before leaving a negative review. Dream cares deeply about every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
