Additional people are $500 each, and pets are $300 each (maximum of 3 people recommended). ● Contents: One custom plate + one wooden plate stand. 【Customization Process】 1. Please email us with photos of the background and individuals you wish to have illustrated. If the background and individuals are separate, or if you require the background to be designed by us, please inform us in advance so we can assess its suitability for illustration. You can provide 1-3 portrait photos; please ensure they are clear and free of special effects. 2. Names or short text can be added; handwriting is used, and fonts cannot be specified. 3. One revision is allowed for the draft. Please also confirm the accuracy of any text at this stage. Once the draft is confirmed, no further modifications will be accepted. 4. Production Process: Email discussion → Order placement after confirmation → Draft illustration (approx. 3-10 days) → Draft discussion and revision → Clay shaping after draft confirmation → Drying and first bisque firing (approx. 1+ month) → Glaze application and polishing after kiln unloading → Second glaze firing (approx. 0.5 month minimum) → Photography and shipping after kiln unloading. (The entire process can take as little as 1 month or as long as 3 months. Please place your order at least 2.5 months in advance. As this is a solo operation, production time depends on kiln scheduling, making it impossible to provide exact completion dates. Therefore, rush orders are not accepted.) Notes: 1. The draft is a black and white hand-drawn sketch. The plate is handmade and hand-painted, so there will be slight variations from the sketch. Please be aware of this before ordering. 2. If no specific color preferences are stated, colors will be chosen based on the design. 3. The finished product is unglazed, so it will not have the glossy finish of typical ceramic plates. The final piece will have a more rustic texture but is still suitable for normal use, including with electric cookers and microwaves. 4. Complex backgrounds may incur additional fees. 5. Due to the limitations of hand-painted ceramics, achieving an exact likeness is not possible. Those who are highly concerned about perfect resemblance may not find this product suitable. 6. We do not offer the service of transferring completed artwork or wedding invitations onto the plate. 7. Custom creations may be featured on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
