Due to the porous nature of cement and the structure of varnish molecules, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to break. 3. Items are made to order upon receiving your order. Cement requires time to air dry and then for the varnish to cure. We appreciate your patience. (Drying times can also be affected by weather.) 4. As the finish is hand-painted, each item will have slight variations. 5. Each product is handcrafted, ensuring its unique aesthetic characteristics. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order. Minor differences from the product photos may occur due to the natural variations in cement casting. 6. It is not possible to completely eliminate air bubbles during the pouring process. The presence of bubbles after setting is normal. (In fact, bubbles can enhance the beauty of cement.) 7. As the cement dries after being poured into the mold, some slight settling may occur on the poured surface due to water evaporation. This makes it challenging to achieve the same smoothness or flatness as the mold surface. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order. (The poured surface is typically placed on the bottom, a less prominent area, or where there is minimal shaping.) 8. To prevent scratching tabletops and for anti-slip purposes, a protective pad is generally applied to the bottom of the product. (This may not be applicable to all items.) 9. For some products, the logo is intricately carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For items such as incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks or oil stains from use are normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11. As we do not charge separate mold fees for custom orders, we reserve the right to resell custom items. 12. The dimensions indicated are approximate; slight variations are inherent in handmade items. 13. A limited quantity of some items are in stock.
