● Select your design → Our artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the joy of traditional craftsmanship. The workshop includes engraving (English letters, numbers, and patterns are available; specific designs may not be eligible for engraving).
How to measure for a gift?
● Measuring your wrist: Take a piece of thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it snugly around your wrist where you'd like the bracelet to sit. Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters. Refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after your item is completed.

**Workshops can be conducted with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, changes to your workshop date or cancellations must be communicated at least three days prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The value can be transferred to other products or future workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for items of the same price are permitted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced items are also possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure everyone's experience is seamless.
● Each participant will receive a set of tools and materials for the workshop. The instructor will provide a demonstration and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Your piece can be taken home the same day.

Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**You are responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings.**
