1. Our store will collect a deposit on site on the rental day. The deposit is RMB 2,000 per adult and RMB 1,000 per child. Cards are not accepted on site, please pay in cash or by remittance. After the returned goods are checked and confirmed to be correct by our store, the full deposit will be refunded on-site on the same day.
2. Please be sure to report to the store on time on the rental day. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, an additional overtime fee of 200 yuan per person will be charged based on the total number of kimono stylists and hairstylists; starting from the 30th minute of lateness, every 15 minutes of lateness will accumulate An additional fee of 100 yuan per person will be charged until the guest comes to the store to check in; if the guest is late for more than 60 minutes, the store has the right to cancel the reservation and charge 50% of the rental fee as the spent preparation fee and staff overtime fee.
3. When dressing in the tatami classroom space, please comply with the following relevant regulations:
Please be sure to wear socks when entering, otherwise entry is prohibited. If you don’t bring your own socks, you can purchase them on site at our store.
It is prohibited to bring food or food to the tatami and wooden floor areas.
In order to maintain the solemn space of the classroom, please keep your voice quiet and refrain from making noises or running around.
4. Please order the rental products and styles in person. After the rental is completed on site, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
5. Please return all rented goods on time before 17:30 on the rental day. If you need to postpone the return, please make a request in advance before the rental day. If the goods are returned overdue without prior notice, or if the goods are rented and temporarily informed of the delay in return, 50% of the rent will be charged for each overdue day, which will be accumulated until the return; if the goods are overdue for less than one day and are returned on the rental day, 50% of the rent will be charged for each overdue hour. 100 yuan, accumulated until returned.
6. If the rental goods become dirty during the rental process, cleaning fees will be charged depending on the degree of soiling. If the goods are seriously soiled and cannot be restored, compensation will be based on the price.
7. There are special cleaning methods for kimonos. Please do not clean your kimonos by yourself. Violators will be compensated according to the price.
8. If the rental goods are lost or damaged, or if staples, pins, tape, glitter, etc. are used that will damage the clothing, the offender must pay compensation according to the price.
9. Kimono Zhijia reserves the right to make changes. If the rental reservation needs to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure factors, the guest will be notified in advance of the cancellation and the full amount of the paid fee will be refunded unconditionally. The remittance transfer fee will be borne by Kimono Zhijia. Guests are not allowed to object or request compensation.
10. If the guest needs to cancel the rental reservation due to force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, serious illness, funeral, etc., the hotel will agree to unconditionally refund the full fee paid. If the guest needs to cancel, extend or adjust the rental content due to personal factors, he should notify the store 5 days in advance. Otherwise, he will fulfill the obligation to pay the rental fee in accordance with point 11. If the guest applies for a refund due to personal factors, the remittance transfer fee will be borne by the guest.
11. Cancellation, refund and extension specifications:
If canceled 5 days before the rental date, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
If canceled 1 to 4 days before the rental date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If canceled on the rental date, all fees will not be refunded.
For extensions one day before and on the day of rental, a fee of NT$200 will be charged as the preparation and personnel expenses incurred by the store.
