Dressing will be carried out in the tatami classroom space, please abide by the following relevant regulations: 1. Please be sure to wear socks to enter, otherwise entry is prohibited. If you don't bring your own socks, you can buy them from our store on the spot. 2. It is forbidden to bring food and drink to the tatami and wooden floor area. 3. In order to maintain the solemn space of the classroom, please keep your voice low and do not make noise or run. 4. Please order the rental products and styles in person. After the rental is completed on the spot, returns and exchanges for any reason will not be accepted. 5. Please return all rental items on time before 17:30 on the rental day. If you need to return them later, please submit them in advance before the rental date. For those who return the goods overdue without prior notice, and those who are notified to delay the return after renting out the goods, an additional 50% of the rent will be charged for each overdue day, which will be accumulated until the return; for those who are overdue for less than one day and return on the day of the rental, an additional hour will be charged for each overdue hour 100 yuan, accumulated until returned. 6. If the rented goods are dirty during the rental process, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the degree of dirt; for serious dirt that cannot be restored, compensation will be required at the price. 7. There are special cleaning methods for kimonos. Please do not clean kimonos by yourself. Violators must pay compensation according to the price. 8. If the leased goods are lost or damaged, or if the use of staples, pins, tape, glitter, etc. will damage the clothing, offenders must pay compensation according to the price. 9. Kimono Zhijia reserves the right to make changes. If it is necessary to cancel the reservation rental due to natural disasters or force majeure, the guest will be notified in advance to cancel the rental and the full amount paid will be refunded unconditionally. The remittance transfer fee will be borne by Kimono Zhijia. No objection or claim for compensation. 10. If the guest needs to cancel the rental appointment due to irresistible factors, such as: natural disasters, serious illness, funeral... etc., the store will agree to refund the full payment unconditionally. If the guest needs to cancel, postpone or adjust the rental content due to personal factors, he should notify the store 5 days in advance, otherwise he will fulfill the obligation to pay the rental fee in accordance with the provisions of point 10. If the customer applies for a refund due to personal factors, the remittance transfer fee will be borne by the customer. 11. Relevant regulations on cancellation and refund: 1. If canceled 5 days before the rental, 100% of the fee will be refunded. 2. If you cancel 1~4 days before the rental, 50% of the fee will be refunded. 3. If canceled on the day of rental, all fees will not be refunded.
