White slip / Brushed plant ash glaze The brush marks are clearly visible, and the ash glaze displays subtle hints of green and earthy orange over the white slip. The slip is formulated using clay from Miaoli. The ash glaze is crafted from the ashes of trees and grasses grown in the same region, which are then processed and fired into a natural gray glaze. As pottery is handcrafted, the actual color and dimensions may vary from the product images. Glaze crawling, dripping, and crackling are natural characteristics that contribute to the unique expression of each piece. ・Not suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, or ovens. ・Ceramics are porous to some extent. To prevent food stains, we recommend washing immediately after use. Alternatively, you can soak the piece in water for a few minutes before serving food. ・The bottom of most pieces is unglazed. After washing, it is recommended to air dry upside down in a well-ventilated area until completely dry before storing.
