◆ For group bookings of two or more people, if unable to attend, refunds will not be provided. You are welcome to find substitutes or reschedule as a "group."
(For rescheduling due to personal reasons for the above two points, please provide notice three days in advance, and changes are limited to one time.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no option for rescheduling or refund.
◆ Our business hours are subject to announcements on our Facebook page. Please message us in advance if you wish to attend a class.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring work and school suspension as announced by the government, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, participants agree to abide by the activity rules and notes.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will prevent participation.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event as needed, which may be uploaded to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms after the event. These may include your likeness and be used for event recaps or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff via private message or on-site, and we will make special arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete your personal data within one month from the date of the course. You may request to inquire, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, and request to stop the collection, processing, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion date.
