We strive to avoid these during the crafting process. │Leather Characteristics│ • Slight variations in color depth between batches are natural. The characteristics of vegetable-tanned leather also mean its surface color deepens with frequent use, gradually developing a caramel hue over time. • The surface of natural leather, similar to human skin, has pores. Therefore, it will absorb water upon contact. Faint watermarks may appear after air-drying, which is a natural phenomenon. The product is treated with maintenance oil upon completion to minimize issues with moisture or stains. | Leather Care | • Avoid spraying alcohol directly onto the leather surface, as this can cause color bleeding. • Prevent the leather from becoming soaked in water. If it accidentally gets wet, place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry, away from direct sunlight. • Light surface dirt can be gently wiped away with a clean cotton cloth. Deep oil stains are difficult to remove and will become less noticeable over time; therefore, please use it with care! And approach any marks with a relaxed attitude~ │Leather Dyeing│ • This series retains the distinct brushstroke of hand-dyeing. Through repeated color testing, we achieve our most satisfying tones and proportions, making each piece unique. • Dyed products will not fade with casual friction. However, the nature of vegetable-tanned cowhide means the color saturation may decrease over extended periods. • Undyed leather is close to beige and will deepen in color and show marks based on individual usage frequency and habits, much like a diary recording our life stories. │Leather Maintenance│ • Frequent use is the best form of maintenance, allowing the natural oils from your hands to nourish the leather. If the edges or corners feel dry, you can apply leather maintenance oil. • When storing, please keep it in a dry place.
