By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions and class regulations outlined by our company. ● DiHwa Half-Day Pottery Studio reserves the right to modify course details. ● Placing an order does not guarantee class confirmation. Registration is successful only upon receiving our notification. Registration Process 1. Order / Registration * Limited spots available. All classes are by appointment only. Please place an order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservation required 3 days in advance). * After placing your order, our coordinator will contact you within 3 days to confirm the reservation details. If you do not receive a reply, please email the coordinator to notify us. Please check your Pinkoi messages or call us at (02) 2552-8081. 2. Class Confirmation 〇 The coordinator will notify you of class confirmation 3 days prior to the scheduled date. ✖ If the session is full or the class is not scheduled to run, you will be notified of alternative class times. 3. Attending the Class * Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please check in on the first floor. In accordance with our store's operating hours, the earliest entry time for morning sessions is 10:00 AM. * To ensure the smooth progression of the class, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. * For ease of handling, please trim your fingernails before class to prevent clay from getting stuck underneath. * Participants with long hair are advised to tie it back before the class for easier manipulation. * To safeguard the rights of registered participants and maintain class quality, only registered students are permitted entry. Companions not participating in the experience class are not allowed. * Participants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the venue and equipment. Any damage incurred will be charged at the full replacement cost. * The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the class for documentation purposes, and these images may be shared on social media or our official website. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or future promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will make appropriate arrangements. 4. Firing Process * 【Post-Class Instructor Processing】: Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. The entire process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. * Clay and glazes are natural materials. Variations in glaze colors and shapes due to high temperatures, as well as pinholes, glaze runs, bumps, or minor cracks, are normal occurrences. We appreciate your understanding. 5. Artwork Collection 1. Mail Collection: * The shipping fee for a single piece is NT$180. For each additional piece shipped to the same address, there will be an extra charge of NT$80. Payment for shipping is due in cash on the day of the class. We ensure all items are inspected and securely packaged before shipment (we utilize some recycled packaging materials to support environmental efforts). However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit due to multiple transfers or unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. **※ Shipping fees to outlying islands and international destinations are calculated separately and can be paid upon delivery or in advance on the day of the class.** 2. In-Person Collection: * Due to limited space, please collect your artwork from the studio within 2 months of notification. After this period, we will not send individual reminders and unclaimed pieces will be cleared from the shelves. * Once you have been notified of your artwork's readiness, our responsibility for its safekeeping ceases before you collect it in person (e.g., in the event of damage due to an earthquake). Please collect your pieces as soon as possible. ● Rescheduling / Refund Policy * In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. * For typhoons, class cancellations and refund eligibility will be based on the official announcements for our location (Taipei City) and your location. * If you wish to cancel your class, please call or email the coordinator in advance to allow us to adjust seating arrangements. Cancellations made within 5 business days before the class (including the day of the class) are not eligible for a full refund. A 70% refund will be issued, with 30% retained for administrative processing fees.
