Registration Process
1. Order / Registration
* Limited spots are available, and all courses operate on a reservation basis. Please place your order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance).
* Within 3 days of your order, our coordinator will contact you to confirm the reservation details. If you do not receive a response, please notify us via email. Please check your Pinkoi messages or call us at (02) 2552-8081.
2. Course Commencement Confirmation
〇 The coordinator will notify you of the course commencement 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
✖ If the session is full or canceled, alternative dates will be proposed.
3. Attending the Course
* Entry begins 5 minutes before the class. Please check in on the 1st floor. In line with our store's operating hours, the earliest morning entry is 10:00 AM.
* To ensure the smooth progress of the class, please do not be late. Latecomers arriving more than 30 minutes after the start time will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes.
* For ease of handling, please trim your nails before the class to prevent clay from getting stuck.
* Participants with long hair are encouraged to tie them up before the class.
* To protect the rights of paying participants and maintain class quality, all attendees must be registered participants. Companions not participating in the workshop are not permitted.
* Participants are requested to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and equipment. Any damage incurred will be charged at the full repair or replacement cost.
* The organizer may take photographs and videos during the class for event documentation or promotional purposes on social media or our official website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
4. Firing Process
*【Teacher's Post-Class Procedures】: Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks.
* Clay and glaze are natural materials. Variations in glaze color, shape, minor pinholes, glaze drips, small bumps, or fine cracks resulting from high-temperature firing are normal, and we appreciate your understanding.
5. Artwork Collection Methods
1. Mail Collection:
* Shipping fee per piece is NT$180. For additional pieces sent to the same address, there will be an extra charge of NT$80 per piece. Payment for shipping is due on the day of the class in cash. We ensure that all items are inspected and securely packaged before shipment (we utilize some recycled packaging materials to support sustainability). However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or rough handling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
**※ Shipping fees for outlying islands and international destinations are calculated separately and can be paid via cash on delivery or in advance on the day of the class.**
2. In-Person Collection:
* Due to limited space, please collect your artwork within 2 months of being notified. After this period, unclaimed pieces will be cleared from our shelves, and we will not send further notifications.
* After you have been notified of your artwork's readiness, we are not responsible for its safekeeping until you collect it (e.g., damage due to earthquakes, etc.). Please arrange for collection as soon as possible.
● Postponement / Refund Policy
* In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund.
* For typhoon-related cancellations, the closure standards announced by Taipei City (our location) and your local area will be used as the criteria for course commencement and refunds.
* If you wish to cancel your course, please notify the coordinator by phone or email in advance to allow us to manage seating arrangements. Cancellations made within 5 business days prior to the class (including the class day itself) are not eligible for a full refund; a 70% refund will be issued, with 30% retained for administrative processing fees.
