Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may incur minor dents or creases; packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags with floral or printed patterns, the placement of the design is random with each cut. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Handmade dimensions may have a 1-3 cm variation within the international standard tolerance range. 10. Collaborated items are officially licensed and include original packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or logos). Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require items to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Promotional offers (e.g., discounts for spending a certain amount or purchasing multiple items) or free shipping items cannot be partially returned. For partial returns, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. If you have concerns about your received item or notice any missing items, please provide a complete unboxing video to ensure the rights of both parties and to facilitate the return, exchange, or re-shipment process. 4.
