A deep golden yellow vase

The white clay has a simple texture, yet the glaze has a vivid color. This glaze produces a rich, nuanced golden yellow color, giving it the feel of earthenware. This plump-shaped vase was created by combining these two. I have an electric potter's wheel and a small electric furnace at home, and I do all of the processes by hand, from kneading the clay to shaping, carving, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. We aimed to create a vase that has a simple, calming atmosphere typical of pottery, and a clean appearance that you can enjoy. It is a lot heavier than a regular vase, but it is more stable and you can place flowers in it with confidence. Ceramics are naturally absorbent, so we will apply a waterproofing agent to prevent water from getting into the material. We have confirmed that by using this waterproofing agent, no water will seep out for approximately 40 hours, however, there is a possibility that a small amount of evaporated water may come out from the bottom, making the area feel slightly damp. If this bothers you, you may be able to use the product safely by placing a cloth mat underneath. Using various glazes and clays, I create a wide variety of pottery in different colors and shapes, searching for the best combinations. It is impossible to create two identical pieces, so although they may look similar, each piece is unique. I would be very happy if you could find your favorite.
