※ Each session requires a minimum of 6 participants to commence.
※ To maintain the ambiance of the old house, please remove your shoes and wear socks indoors. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
※ During the course, the organizer may take photos and record videos for event documentation and promotional purposes. We will avoid close-ups of participants' faces or any identifiable personal information. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used by the organizer for event records or other recruitment channel promotions in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make sure to avoid capturing your image.
I. Class Commencement Explanation:
1-1. The organizer will send a pre-event reminder notification regarding class commencement after the registration deadline.
1-2. If the minimum number of participants is not met, priority will be given to coordinating alternative sessions. If coordination of other sessions is not possible, registered participants may apply for a refund.
1-3. Invoices for registration fees will be provided on the day of the experience.
II. Transfer Policy:
2-1. Transfers of participation are accepted. However, please contact Wu Er Club at least one (1) business day prior to the event date to provide the transfer recipient's registration information. Otherwise, Wu Er Club may not recognize the transfer.
2-2. The transfer recipient must proactively inform the original purchaser's name/order number upon entry for verification.
III. Refund Policy: In cases of refunds or cancellation of experience activities, invoice adjustments will be handled entirely by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
♦︎ Cancellation due to personal reasons:
3-1. Fourteen (14) business days prior to the event ► You may prioritize transferring to another available activity or request a full refund.
3-2. Between fourteen (14) business days and seven (7) business days prior to the event ► You may request a refund of 30% of the registration fee for the current activity.
3-3. Within seven (7) business days prior to the event until the day of the event ► As the organizer needs to prepare materials seven (7) business days in advance, refunds are not available.
♦︎ Cancellation due to organizer or force majeure:
3-4. If the experience session is canceled due to the organizer's reasons or force majeure events such as natural disasters or epidemics, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
3-5. In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, or similar circumstances, the cancellation and refund standards will be based on the work suspension and class cancellation guidelines announced by the competent authorities in the location where the experience is held, and will not consider the participant's location.
