The packaging is for protection during shipping and may experience unavoidable bumps or creases. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. The actual product is the final reference for color. Manual production and measurement may result in normal variations of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please submit a private message to apply for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted. 2. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a special offer requiring a minimum purchase amount cannot be partially returned. If you need to return part of such an order, please return the entire order and reorder. 4. If you have concerns about your received item or a missing part, a complete unboxing video is required to ensure the rights of both parties and to facilitate the return, exchange, or redelivery process. 5. The original packaging (PP bag + outer box) must be used for returns. Please do not directly affix labels to the PP bag. A reconditioning fee of NT$100 will be charged for damage to the outer packaging due to incomplete original packaging. 6.
