We will assist you in filling out a design questionnaire to ensure we understand your preferred direction, and then confirm the quote and lead time. **2. Order and Payment** Place your order and complete the payment (placing an order implies agreement with the shop policies). **3. Design Phase** Once the order is placed, design begins. We provide one initial proposal with three rounds of minor adjustments. Additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee. **4. Project Completion** Upon completion, we will provide you with easy-to-use files. Once provided, no further changes can be made; any requested changes will require a new order. **5. Design Timeline** Based on the timeline confirmed by the designer after the order is placed. **┃Payment Terms┃** ● As time and effort have been invested, no cancellations or refunds are accepted once the deposit is paid. ● Please pay the deposit within 3 days; design work will be scheduled upon confirmation of the deposit. ● Please pay the balance within 3 days after the design project is concluded. ● No tax identification number (VAT) or invoices are provided. **┃Service Terms┃** ● We provide easy-to-use digital files. ● Once the design is finalized, the files belong to the client; we have no obligation to store them. Please ensure the files are saved securely. ● We work with partner firms and can assist with trademark registration services. If you require trademark registration, please notify us before the design process begins to allow for prior coordination. **┃Friendly Reminders┃** ● Design fees cover the files only and do not include printing.
