2️⃣The length of the course experience will vary depending on the individual production process and speed.
3️⃣Due to limited seats in the store (service capacity: 25 people), please place your order 7 days in advance and we will ensure your reservation qualifications.
4️⃣For non-residents in Penghu, please confirm that you have purchased air tickets and accommodation in Penghu before making an appointment.
5️⃣Please arrive 10 minutes before the check-in time. After 20 minutes, seats will not be reserved and paid fees will not be refunded. (Future unfilled sessions can be changed for you, and the validity retention period is two years).
★Cancellation Policy★
1. If canceled more than 22 days before the reservation date, 0% will be deducted (excluding refund transfer fees).
2. If canceled 15 to 21 days before the reservation date, 5% will be deducted (including refund transfer fee).
3. If canceled 8 to 14 days before the reservation date, 10% will be deducted (including refund transfer fee).
4. If canceled 2 to 7 days before the reservation date, 30% of the fee will be deducted (including refund transfer fee).
5. If canceled 1 day before the reservation date, 50% of the fee will be deducted (including refund transfer fee).
6. If canceled on the reservation date, 100% of the fee will be deducted.
7. If the event is canceled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters or man-made disasters, we will charge an administrative processing fee at our discretion (the administrative processing fee is NT$100).
