Forming the blank -> Bisque firing at 800°C -> Glazing -> High-temperature firing at 1230°C -> Overglaze decoration and gold application -> Firing at 800°C. After these steps, the metal hardware is attached and fixed. This complex process requires dozens of hours. 【Hollow Ceramic Interior】 Serves as a perfume bottle and a necklace ornament. The slip casting process cannot be too thick, so it needs to be hollow. After manual trimming and finishing, it undergoes bisque firing to give the blank a basic strength. Then, the glazing process is applied. Once the glaze is dry, it is fired at a high temperature of over 1260°C. After cooling, the glaze surface is inspected for evenness. Next, overglaze enamel and liquid gold are applied for decorative patterns and fired again in the kiln to 800°C.
