Players can also cooperate, exchanging cards or offering mutual benefits to form alliances and earn points. During gameplay, the starting player leads a card set. Subsequent players must play a card set of the same type. If a player has no cards to play, they may choose to "PASS." When all other players on the table have called "PASS," the last player to play a card may claim all the cards played to the center of the table. At the end of the game, players calculate their scores based on the card piles they have collected. After several rounds, the game concludes when one team reaches 1,000 points or more, declaring all players on that team as the winners.
