※ Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the workshop, please do not be late.
※ Yarns are for classroom use only.
※ Photography is permitted for personal records during the class, but video recording is strictly prohibited.
※ We will send a pre-class notification 1-2 days prior. Please ensure your E-mail contact information is accurate to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the notification, please inform us proactively, as we will not send additional phone reminders.
※ Seating is limited to ticket holders. Companions without tickets will be admitted based on available seating on the day of the event.
**Refund Policy**
※ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Bitter Gourd Weaving will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
※ If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% fee of the ticket price will be charged to cover incurred expenses. As the designer needs 10 days prior to the event to prepare materials, refunds or exchanges are not accepted within 10 days prior to the event date.
※ If you need to reschedule, please contact Bitter Gourd Weaving proactively at least 3 days before the event. Rescheduling is permitted only once.
**Fighting the Epidemic Together**
※ If you feel unwell within three days before the event, or have a travel or contact history related to the Wuhan pneumonia epidemic areas, please seek medical attention promptly.
※ In compliance with the craft studio's regulations, please use alcohol disinfectant and have your temperature taken upon entry. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37°C will not be permitted entry and are advised to rest at home. We will assist with rescheduling.
※ Masks must be worn during the course (please bring your own mask).
