Ochazuke seasoning 7-piece set

This is authentic ochazuke made by a tea shop using edible tencha tea leaves. It is made with a generous amount of hand-picked tencha tea, the raw material for matcha, and is topped with a mixed broth that concentrates the umami components of bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms, and colorful bubu arare rice crackers from Kyoto. One bag makes approximately 10 to 15 cups. Sprinkle a suitable amount over rice and then pour hot water or tea over it before enjoying. It can also be enjoyed as a topping.
