The fragments used were originally part of the lid of a teapot from the Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki "Blue Cloisonné Bamboo" collection. Vibrant yet serene, the deep green is adorned with delicate yellow-gold bamboo motifs. Within these small ceramic shards lies the elegance and splendor unique to Kyoto ceramics. The pieces selected for this creation are from the rare curved edges of the lid. By applying *kintsugi* to their natural curves, the ceramic fragments gently embrace the ear when worn, creating a beautifully 立体 (three-dimensional) form.
