3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and available seating.
4. Due to the preparation of materials after order payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt for invoicing. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
