About Design Coordination: Each item is meticulously designed by our floral artists. The accessories and various flowers and foliage are chosen by the designer to complement the color palette and style of each product. Materials will be adjusted based on seasonality and availability. In cases of stock unavailability for special decorative items, we will notify you before shipping for any necessary substitutions. Note: For products that include string lights, the LED lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they are depleted. Product Shipping Service: All items in our store are custom-made upon order confirmation and payment. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders. For urgent requests, please specify this separately and discuss shipping methods and timing with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we utilize LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you more efficiently! For deliveries outside Kaohsiung City, we use Black Cat Express. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to contact from the delivery personnel to receive your package promptly. To ensure safe transit, large items will be shipped one item per box. The shipping fee at checkout is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply.
