Hello, in order to ensure your painting rights, please be sure to read the following precautions: 1. To participate in any Painting and Drinking activities, to ensure students’ creative time, please arrive on time; if you are late, the activity will still end on time. 2. For all painting activities, one canvas is limited to one person. 3. The time of each event shall be based on the event announcement. If the work is not completed after the time limit, an additional fee of NT$900 per hour will be charged. (canvas not included) Huayin provides students with discount plans for purchasing multiple activities. Welcome to ask Huayin colleagues. 4. All painting activities are based on the announcement and do not include other media (such as clay, glitter...etc.). If you need to use it, please pay extra. 5. If students have works that are kept for one month after the event, if they fail to collect them within the time limit, they will not be responsible for other storage responsibilities. 6. Each activity is limited to one person accompanying the class (including parents of students), and each person accompanying the class should bear a minimum drink consumption of NT$150 or more. 7. In the event of natural disasters and force majeure, Huayin will proactively contact students and notify them of the changed event time. 8. Students who fail to notify the cancellation of their reservation 1 day before the activity date and do not attend the activity (truants) will have their number of activities deducted, and they are not allowed to make another appointment for class or apply for a refund of the activity fee. The refund regulations are as follows: (All refund transactions will be subject to a handling fee of NT$50). (1) If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the event date (excluding the day), 100% of the event fee will be refunded (2) If the cancellation is notified from 7 to 4 days before the event date (excluding the same day), 50% of the event fee will be refunded. (3) If you notify the cancellation 3 days before the event date (excluding the day), the entire event fee will not be refunded. Things to note in class 1. In order to maintain the quality of the event and the rights and interests of other students, pets are not allowed in this venue. 2. Please do not bring outside food or drinks (you can bring your own water bottles). Huayin provides paid drinks. Please contact the counter if necessary. 3. If you drink the wine you bring in the store, the corkage fee is 500 yuan per bottle (750ml). A maximum of 5 wine glasses are provided for a single bottle. If you exceed the limit, you need to purchase an additional 60 yuan/glass. If you bring your own birthday cake, a cleaning fee of RMB 500 will be charged. 4. The activity fee includes materials, aprons and art consultant guidance. Students only need to come to class with a happy mood. 5. Because the paint used in painting is difficult to clean, we will provide aprons and storage baskets. Please take good care of your personal finances. Huayin will not be responsible for any related responsibilities. 6. In order to maintain the quality of the activity, please turn off or mute your mobile phone during the activity to avoid affecting the rights of other students. 7. At the end of the course, parents are asked to pick up and drop off students on time. Huayin does not assume any responsibility outside of the event. 8. If the work is not completed after the event time, an additional fee of NT$900 per hour will be charged. 9. Please do not take away any property belonging to Huayin Art Space. 10. Huayin reserves the right to change all event content, reservation time, art consultants and teachers.
