**【Production Team: Women in Collaboration with Bumika Project】**
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52875040645_283a511ed3_o.png
This batch of clothes was jointly made by the workshop women in the "Bumika Project", all of whom are currently living in Varanasi, a city on the Ganges in India.
This batch is the first batch of our cooperation, and we also invited professional tailors in the city to the workshop to gradually teach them to complete the more complicated clothes.
From teaching, development, and revision all the way to the final completion of the process, it took about a year. It is a very difficult garment that has gone through the complete epidemic stage. Now it can finally be brought out. I am really touched!

**【Introduction to cover dyeing process】**
Tramper's clothes are the result of centuries of craftsmanship in India.
Each piece of cover dyed cloth is completely handmade by Indian craftsmen. The process is not only time-consuming, but also requires the superb technology and unconstrained creativity of the craftsmen to create a unique cover-dyed cloth.
Now let Tramper take you to know about India's special cover-dyed cloth craft!

**[Step 1 - Dyeing Cloth]**
Indians use natural plant colors as dyes. After hundreds of times of dipping and dyeing, the original white cotton cloth is dyed with a special color, and then a hot water dye with special ingredients is prepared, and the cloth is boiled in it.
Finally, expose it to the sun for two days until it is completely dry, and the background color of the dyed cloth is done!

**[Step 2 - Stamp the seal]**
Before covering and dyeing, there is another very critical work - making a covering and dyeing stamp!
The exquisite pattern on the dyed cloth is stamped with a wooden stamp! And these stamp are all from the hands of professional engravers. They carved the gorgeous India in their eyes into the stamp one by one, and brought them to us in the distance.

**〔Third step - start cap dyeing〕**
After completing the background color and stamp of the cloth, the next step is to open the cover!
Cover dyeing is a process that requires great concentration and skill. In addition to the distance between the totems, it also requires a lot of practice to accurately grasp the strength! Every craftsman needs to go through thousands of hours of training before he can advance and become a teacher.

**[Step 4 - Clothes made by women's workshop]**
The cooperative women's workshops that signed the Bumika project turned the dyed cloth into clothes. After nearly a year of development and study, they have been able to operate independently and continue to create clothes with stable quality.
