Product Inventory: All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock. If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order. If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order. 3. Refund & Exchange Policy: This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns. Return Process 1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted. 2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused. 3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged. 4.
