Garment measurements are taken manually and may have slight variations depending on the production batch. An error within 2-3cm is considered normal and not a quality issue. **● Remarks** All products in our design studio are independently designed. This includes fabric selection, accessory sourcing, and production oversight, all undertaken personally. We prioritize natural and environmentally friendly fabrics. All garments are inspected and packaged before shipment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your order. **● Shipping Time** If the item is in stock, we will ship within 2-4 days. As our garments are produced in small batches, there may be instances where the current batch sells out and the next batch is still in production. In such cases, we will ship after the production is completed and passes our quality inspection. The waiting period for shipping can range from 5 to 20 days. If you have any questions about shipping times after placing an order, please contact us for confirmation. **● Shipping** Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your product within approximately 7-12 days after shipment, excluding peak international shipping periods where delivery times may be extended. All mailed products are first transported to the airport, then air-freighted to the destination. After customs clearance, they are handed over to local logistics companies for delivery. For customers in Taiwan, you may opt for SF Express for faster delivery (approximately 3-4 days), although the shipping fee will be higher. You will need to pay the difference in shipping costs. If you wish to change to SF Express shipping after the initial airmail shipment, you can purchase the additional shipping fee from the link below. SF Express Surcharge Link: https://www.pinkoi.com/product/EdNsZ4Xa * For deliveries to outlying islands in Taiwan (Penghu, Matsu, Kinmen, Lienchiang, Outer Islands, Xiaolanyu), the shipping company charges an additional high fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you are located on an outlying island. For Hong Kong, shipments default to SF Express. You can expect to receive your product within 2-3 days after shipment. **● Origin / Manufacturing Method** Mainland China × Crafted with Care
