・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once a class is full. Unpaid orders will not be recognized in the student roster.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call us at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund policies are as follows:
. In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total fee will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original session date. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
. On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
. To ensure fairness for all participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special circumstances where parents wish to participate together. Please contact the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used in event recaps or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
