HOW TO ORDER
1. Contact our designer via Pinkoi Chat. Send us the photo and text you want to engrave and choose the font style from the optional font list we provide. It's highly recommended that you send us several photos you like so that our designer can help pick out the one that is most suitable for engraving.
2. We will prepare draft design for your approval. If you are satisfied, then place your order. Otherwise, our designer will modify the design and resend it to you. If you are satisfied with the modified design, then place order; if not, service ends without generating any cost to you.
3. In general case, item will be made ready for shipment within 2 days after order is placed.
* Since this item is a personalized product, order can't be cancelled once it's placed. Except quality issue, we don't process requests on refund for any other reason. If you find the item wrongly engraved or has defects when it's delivered to you, please contact us via Pinkoi Chat as soon as possible.

Q&A
1. Can any pet's photo be engraved?
Yes, cat, dog, turtle, bird, lizard, horse, any.
2. Can you engrave human portrait instead?
Yes, we can.
3. Are there any special requirements on the photo?
It's better to provide high resolution photo. Face of the pet or human in the photo should be complete and uncovered. If you are not sure whether the photo on your hand can be used or not, please contact us and we will check it for you.
Q4: Is It waterproof?
Yes, it's waterproof. But do not soak it into the water for a long time in case of water going inside the pendant
