Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight imperfections on the curved edges due to the ceramic firing process are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters is expected per batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters may vary. This is particularly noticeable with pink or dark colored backgrounds, which may exhibit uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the actual product is the final standard. This product is custom-made.
