It is a free design that does not create a vertical and horizontal framework. The original plan logically composed the design, but there was a part that I wanted to cut intuitively during the production, and I could not suppress the urge and it was a design that I cut intuitively from the middle. .. It is somewhere between traditional design and originality, and somewhere between logical and mathematical design and intuitive artistic design. It's a great type that is pretty well balanced and I personally like it a lot. The sheer feeling of the lower part is also important, so the design is such that you can enjoy the color of sake. Inside the emblem-like shape located in the center is a cut of the traditional pattern called "Kikutsunagi". This is the most difficult level of traditional pattern cuts. Chrysanthemum connection is an auspicious traditional pattern with good meanings such as longevity, disease-free breathing, health, and nobility. Works using chrysanthemum ties are easy to feel a sense of luxury due to their beauty. The mouth is rubbed thinly in a semicircle to improve the mouthfeel. I tried about 10 patterns, but I decided that it would be the most palatable when rubbed in this semicircle, so I have adopted it. Also, the lower cut is intentionally lined up with three fairly deep cuts, so I think you can enjoy the edges of the cuts. It is a high-grade work that allows you to enjoy Kiriko even in areas other than the visual sense, with consideration given to the mouthfeel and texture. There are also comments from overseas people saying "wonderful!", And I think that the design goes beyond the world of Japanese aesthetics and is world-class. The Kiriko of our workshop is polished using the traditional method of Edo Kiriko, "hand polishing", which maintains the strength of the glass and finishes it with high quality. On the other hand, there are some things in the world that polish the glass while immersing it in an acid called "acid polishing" and melting the entire glass into pieces. Acid-polished ones have the disadvantages of being easily scratched and the color may fade, but since the man-hours can be reduced and the price can be sold at a low price, sales will improve, so many workshops and writers perform acid-polishing. We are here. Since the cut surface of our workshop is polished one by one, the original strength of the glass is not lost, and you can wash it with a detergent or scrubbing brush.
