・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully commenced before registering.
・After completing the order and checkout, the purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for are considered unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Public and Continuing Education, and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. For same-day cancellations, as workshop materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
. To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not allowed to enter or participate, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
