Definition of Customization: ★1. Items not part of the original designs in the shop. ★2. Orders with altered specifications or dimensions. 1. The products undergo multiple oil treatments during production and before shipping. If exposed to water, please let them air dry in a cool place. Do not expose them to direct sunlight or dry them with a hairdryer. 2. The natural oils on our hands are excellent for maintenance. With natural use, the leather will develop a luster and gradually transform into your own personalized piece. 3. If not used for extended periods, store in a dry place. Periodically (every 2-4 months), apply leather conditioner or mink oil, then store in a dust bag or wrap with undyed white cloth or a cotton t-shirt to prolong the item's lifespan. 4. Each leather product is unique. Scars or natural patterns are normal and part of the product's character, reflecting the cow's life and habits! 5. The leather is imported vegetable-tanned cowhide. Slight color variations in each batch are normal! 6. For bags: Straps may have slight color variations compared to the bag itself. Areas requiring strength and tension (like shoulder straps) will be specifically made with different leather. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern!
