・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, one 7-inch starry night painting
・Location: 5th Floor, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Crafting Classroom)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozidi Station," exit 3. Walk straight along博愛二路 (Bó'ài 2nd Road) for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the crafting classroom is next to it, in "睦MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for classes within 2 months of the original date, provided you actively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to the prior preparation of materials and venue arrangements by the instructor. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
. To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to enter or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
